They were very patient with me and made me an amazing deal on a JVC 4k projector and Stewart screen. We needed a projector screen for our church reception and teaching area, but it couldn't be expensive and it had to arrive in 4 days to out TX location (talk about last minute planning!). I came upon projectorscreen.com by a search online . The site had a lot of options, but I really didn't know where to start- kinda overwhelming. I called and spoke with a nice guy who recommended the perfect screen for us. He even found a company close to us in TX so we didn't have to pay more for faster shipping! They were helpful and we are really happy with our purchase- the kids loved the screen for Christmas!! I highly recommend- they are a great company to buy from! |

Their selection of electric screens is great and the comparison feature helped a lot to narrow down the choices on my own. When with an Elite and I'm super happy with it! Projectorscreen.com had the best prices anyway, but I'd go back for their ease of website too! |

I was nervous when I was placed in charge of ordering one for the church, but their website was easy to get through and I found what I needed really quickly. Ordered a screen for our office conference room. Website was easy to use- was able to figure out which screen I needed pretty easily on my own. I called their customer support just to get a more specific date of when it would ship (just said 2-5 business days). I didn't realize finding an accessory for a screen could be so difficult until I tried! After too much frustration, I reached out to their LiveChat people... which I should have done in the first place! Within 10 minutes, they not only got me the skirt I needed, but they created the order for me so all I had to do was check out on their website. I didn't make a big purchase, but it felt like they were going out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. That goes a long way with me. |
